12 minute meditation:
Calm and peace brings harmony to me
First thing in the AM, start with the mantra and come to the breath
This is simple and practiced each day, a candle may add focus some way
The breath is the calming and the energy of the Universe
It emanates to each and every cell in the body
Sitting lotus, Tai Chi, walking in the garden… easy to me
This will create the calm and peace of the day
Meditative music in the background
A breath in, slow and easy, repeating the mantra, always positive and loving
Hands come together, above the head and slowly let the breath out as they come to the chest
Love to all in life, start with me and I send it to you
