The ocean of motion and love of life
Meditative music in the background
First thing in the morning, or any additional time of day to relax and let go of stress
To change the subconscious mind, the beast that often reacts negatively in life
These are the methods to tame the beast
Focusing on the beauty of your life and the positive words and music will create this harmonious sense
A calm and loving feeling for yourself and for all people in life
Sitting in a comfortable position, focusing on the breath, in through the nose… slow
And contemplate the beauty and energy of life flowing as you breathe in
Try Tai Chi or walking in the garden
Hold the breath in for a moment and slowly let it out through the mouth, with a smile, letting all of the negative energy go
Taking in another breath, beautiful love and energy of life, slow and focused, hold it in for a moment, contemplating the ocean of love and the beauty of life
For each and every experience is a gift, you create it, via your thoughts, and everything is beautiful in life
Simply for 12 minutes each day send the loving and positive molecules to each and every cell in the body These molecules will create wellness and harmony in every cell and you will feel more relaxed and loving in life
You must simply practice this each and every day to feel the energy and change that is you
To love everyone, forgive everyone and simply have no judgment in life
These are simply words that you practice, they are easy to say, and soon you will feel their reality
When you hold judgment or hatred, this has the greatest negative effect on yourself, not on others
For stress, anxiety and fear are the greatest causes of illness in the universe, and they are created within each of us via our thoughts
Now, come back to the breath, slow and easy, in through the nose and hold your thoughts on beauty and love of all in life
Make sure you say , “I love you and you are amazing ,” simple words that you share with yourself first then share with the Universe
For we are all gifts of God, the energy and creator of all life
Each of us is a gift and grateful for this life
For most matter will never be life
If only for a moment we should cherish this life, grateful and thankful for the little things in life
Feel the energy of love flow to everyone in the Universe, and feel it most strongly in you
For your thoughts create the Universe, make them positive and loving of all in life
