Good morning to all and a fantastic day today
I believe in thee, my intention of the day
A simple thing to do in life
To believe in me and believe in thee
But this is not what we do with might
Our thoughts of us, often negative
Fearful in life and not believing in me
To realize that we hold the power to be
A thought a thing, the power of the wing
To fly in life, to soar and roar, a mighty thing
This is the power of the belief in thee
That each of us is amazing and a gift of thee
But first you must use the words, I believe in thee
And practice each day, the words I say
I believe in thee and I believe in me
And now I know that forgivenss is the key
To simply love all, and forgive all, the gift of thee
And it must start with me, to forgive all in life
Then the energy is shared, I believe in thee

12 minute meditation:
I believe in thee
First thing in the morning and often at the end of the day
Meditative music in the background
Walking, Tai Chi, sitting or lotus position
Find the comfortable position and mix it up
Now focus on the breath, a simple thing, in through the nose and smile out with the mouth
Do it to 10, use a positive mantra, or daily affirmation
Today, I believe in thee
Feel the energy of love flowing to each cell in the body
The warmth of thee, the energy of the Universe, flowing with the breath
It is easy to believe in thee, and easy for you and me
Feel the breath, flowing and energizing thee
Your thoughts create your life, make them positive and loving each day
And with a simple 12 minute meditation each day you change the Universe
