12 minute meditation for today: love all of me and you
A simple thing to do each and every day
First thing in the morning
Meditative music in the background
Sitting or kneeling and of course for those like me,
Some light Tai-Chi movements
Simple yoga movements and a spiritual experience to start the day
To focus on the breath, my gift today is to love all, especially you and me
Simple words of loving life and focus on the breath
Moving slowly and feeling the breath flow into you and energize life
Keep it simple and follow with the music or the breath
Feeling the love of all and especially me and you
Practice each day, it all becomes easy on the way
Allow the thoughts to flow in, then out, letting them all go
Now coming back to the love of me and you, and simply to love all in life
Keep it simple each day of your life, a powerful practice to enjoy the day
