12 minute meditation: The beauty and transitions of life

First thing in the morning
Kneeling or sitting, even in bed, or even in the car (not while driving)
Light body movements with the arms and hands coming together at the chest
Spiritual music awakening me (no alarm)
Focus on your breath, this is easy and 1….breath, 2…….breath, 3……breath
Simply breathe in, and focus, how easy to see the beauty of me
The beauty of all life is what I think it be, a breath in, a breath out
Focusing on the words, “the beauty and transitions of life
Get up and out, and soar the Universe in your mind, this is from where all things come
Slow and easy with the breath, the music, light and easy movements of life
See and feel the energy of life entering into you, then flowing beyond and loving all
Each day, simply focusing your thoughts on the beauty of the day
This is how to make another most awesome and amazing day
