Nine ways to help others expand their vision

1. Living by your values allows you to become a positive source of inspiration for others. Don’t hide – express yourself and embrace life without reservation. By simply being yourself, you can help the people in your life see how one person can make a difference by being a living example of consciousness.
2. When you communicate your views, do so casually and in a nondogmatic manner. Allow the people you speak with to ask questions. Offer only as much information as they are ready to hear.
3. Igniting the spark of consciousness can be as easy as giving someone a gift. A favorite book, a medicine bag, or a beautiful gemstone can pique your loved ones’ curiosity and prompt them to begin an exploration of the soul. Read more

Though piles of snow and dipping temperatures make some outside activities difficult this season, going to the zoo is easier than ever! The Rosamond Gifford Zoo is currently celebrating Snow Leopard Days with admission prices that are reduced by more than half; adult tickets are $3.00 and seniors, students and children (ages 3 to 15) are $2.00.

Are you beginning to experience the after holiday blues? The tree has been taken down and all the tinsel neatly stored. Your dreams of sugar plums and the perfect gift seem miles away.
It is a time of transition. A new year lies ahead with promise of great change. You have committed to your New Year’s Resolutions or you may have committed to not having any this year. After all they seem to disappear so quickly. Either way is perfect but there is one thing I hear time and again and that is. “This year I am going to have more fun.” It is somehow more than a resolution. It’s more like a true declaration of fact! “I am going to find time this year for me.”
If this sounds like you, then I would like to offer you a few tips on how to manifest more fun. As a coach I often work with people who are very busy burning the candle at both ends. Read more
