Creating the ripples

It is my intention that the book “Pausing … Long Enough to Notice” opens your heart to a new awareness of living a spectacular life filled with brilliant moments. It is my desire that we all live in the present moment, capture the essence of resiliency, transformation and appreciation. As you travel through your day, remember to pause and notice all around you. As I look out the window, 5 yellow birds hop on the evergreen tree. New visitors to the tree, their color blossoms against the dark sky, reminding us that in a moment, light can transcend any darkness. 5 birds that I never heard before, never saw in my path, remind me that in every moment there are new “ahah’s” to experience. They fly away … bringing joy to someone new.

I invite you to experience life with freedom of spirit, confidence of a butterfly in flight and gratitude in your heart. As the invisible wind jostles the trees, may you feel the presence of the invisible messages that resonate on the planet. As you choose to “pause and notice” may your heart be filled with love and healing.

I invite you to create a ripple in your corner of the world. Breathe in the moments of the day, listen openly, and dance with your dreams. I invite you to share your story … your sparkling moment in nature or your “pause”. Share what you noticed and how your life was touched. Share how the whisper of the wind touched your life. Share how you discovered peace in a moment.

Let’s create a ripple … a ripple of individuals who notice the dance of life, who capture the essence of unconditional love, who “pause” and remember your spirit. Let’s create a ripple … a ripple of people who are living in this present moment, not in the concerns of the past or the imagined fear of the future, rather, let us notice this moment!
