Blending the visual arts with the healing arts …
“Spirit Painting” is a form of meditation. This workshop is offered by Sandra Fioramonti, artist/instructor and reiki master/instructor with assistance from Elaine Wolf Steinberg, LMFT, MSW.
Sandra uses her skills as a painter and reiki master to help you heal. Energy is expressed on canvas portraying emotion and thought and may lead to the release of emotional blocks. Sandra will demonstrate painting spirit and then guide you in painting through spirit. Come with an open mind and heart and leave with your own spirit painting.

I signed up weeks ago! I cleared my schedule so I can be sure to join the fun! I’ve never experienced this but since I am so visual I really want to give it a try! I’ve also never painted!
