It’s a beautiful morning

Good morning all! What a gorgeous day I got up this morning went for a great run in town. The breeze was amazing coming across the lake. Perfect temperature. No pain during the run. The town was bustling with people out exercising - biking, running, walking. I finished up with some good stomach crunches while sitting at the edge of the break wall. Then I just laid back in the grass and watched some birds fly between the 1/2 moon that still appeared in the sky and the early morning sun.
