August “Best Life” Workshop Slideshow

The August “Best Life” Workshop with Dr. Rob Kiltz and Elaine Wolf Steinberg was based around the theme “Create your garden in life.” The session began with a guided meditation with Dr. Rob and then they both talked about cultivating your life and creating the environment that is right for you.  We all need to explore and discover what makes you feel alive, what makes you thrive in life and what helps you to continue to learn and grow in life.

Dr. Rob taught that we can’t stop the universe or nature of life (life, death, illness) we can only control our responses in life and we can control how we walk our path. It’s a conscious choice, decide to create your life!

Elaine guided us through a wonderful visualization that was very relaxing and a different journey for each person.  Here is a copy of her visualization titled “My spiritual garden.”
