Elaine Wolf Steinberg and Bonita Shear will be presenting an upcoming Dr. Rob Workshop at CNY Healing Arts Center in Syracuse, NY. The workshop is titled “The Healing Powers of Essential Oils” and will take place on Saturday, August 23rd, from 1:30PM-4:30PM. Bonita Shear is a CFR and reiki practitioner. Elaine works at CNY Healing Arts Center, owned by Dr. Robert Kiltz. She works as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, organizes and designs workshops and also teaches Nia classes.
They will both appear on Bridge Street this Wednesday morning on Channel 9 TV in Syracuse, NY to talk about the upcoming workshop. They will perform a demonstration on Bridge Street with some of the essential oils: joy, thieves, and frankincense. These oils can be used orally, topically, or with a diffuser. In general, joy helps increase happiness and minimize depression. Thieves kills bacteria and viruses and frankincense increases mental clarity and spiritual awareness.

I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed seeing both Elaine and Bonita on Bridge Street yesterday! I was able to see the 4pm edition. It was so short; it left me wanting more so I plan to attend their workshop on August 23rd. I would love to learn more about how they both use essential oils. My personal favorite is “Abundance” made of: clove, frankincense, ginger, myrrh, orange, patchouli and spruce. Smells great! I also love using lavender to create a calming effect at my retreats.
