Aromatic Support for Allergies

Did you know that the essential oils of Lavender and Roman Chamomile are considered natural anti-histamines? And Eucalyptus radiata essential oil helps to clear sinus congestion while Peppermint essential oil helps to ease breathing.

Here’s a beautiful, effective blend incorporating these essential oils that you can make up in advance and use as needed.

EO Blend Recipe: Natural Allergy Support

  • 1 ounce of carrier oil
  • 2 drops of Peppermint essential oil
  • 2 drops of Lavender essential oil
  • 2 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil
  • 4 drops of Eucalyptus radiata (or globulus) essential oil

How to Use:
Massage well on chest and back. Massage in to temples and base of neck. Inhale essences from hands following application. Avoid direct eye contact. Take a few minutes of quiet time to relax and close your eyes.

Carrier Oils:
Jojoba, Olive, Grapeseed, Sweet Almond, Sesame, Castor

Essential Oil 101:

  • Store essential oils in a cool, dark place, away from heat and light
  • In the event of direct eye or mucous membrane contact, flush with a carrier oil
  • Never place essential oils on or around the mouth of child 0 – 5 years
