Good morning to the universe and love to all
For Pleasure is the intention of the day

The pleasure of life and the pleasure to be

The seeking of pleasure and the seeking to be me

The positive experience that life intends us to see

The pleasure, the enjoyment and life's ecstasy

For pleasure takes patience and the power to be me

Be it physical, emotional, art, music, or the writing to see

Our accomplishments, recognition and spiritual service are what we should see

We seek the pleasures of life to make us feel right

Our emotions take over and can make it a fight

Remember that the universe gave us life's pleasures to bite

Make sure you measure the pleasure and bite it just right

Love and smile : ) on

Bucket of Positive Affirmations and Intentions

The Bucket List  - "The Bucket" is a place to send out love, care and kindness to all in the universe that need our emotional support, and just to make life a little better for us all.

Sending our thoughts and prayers to Bill Gibbons and his pregnant wife, Amy Diao-Gibbons. Amy is currently homeless due to the recent earth quake in China. Sending energy to help bring her home to the USA.

Enjoy the day and pass it forward!!!
Quote of the day:
By Mary Hayes-Grieco

"See where your own energy wants to go,
not where you think it should go.
Do something because it feels right,
not because it makes sense.
Follow the spiritual impulse."

    Hi Dr. Rob,
Thank you for keeping my brother, Billy and his wife, Amy in your thoughts and prayers … I really appreciate it! I can’t wait until they are re-united and living together with their soon-to-be-born baby!
    Sincerely,
    Annie
