Good morning to all in the universe
Another great day and wonderful to be sharing with you

Today's intention is Ownership

Each and every day we get up, go to work and check in

Then we check out at the end of the day

Many of us lack the ownership of the day and the events that occur through out

We are concentrating on the cat, the dog, the horse, the house, the kids or our plans for tonight or next week

We often lose the focus of the moment and the now


Each and every one of us must learn to own what we do and stop blaming or expecting others to take the responsibility

Do not be afraid to be accountable and assist in completing the job or the task in a more powerful and positive fashion

Take ownership for our daily events - in work and relationships

Somehow it is always someone else's responsibility to perform a task

Or it was someone else that did or said something that created the negative outcome


We must realize that ALL of our power is in our responsibility

Each and every one of us has the power to change our behavior, own it and create the outcomes that are more positive and exciting

Each and every task we perform in our lives should be performed as if we were  Michelangelo  (focus on the task or the relationship and perform to our best ability)

Those that are positive are part of the glue that binds and brings us all together
 

The question is not if I own it, but how do I focus on the ownership and express my involvement

Stop doing what doesn't work, try new ideas and behaviors that build a positive work and home environment

Engage, ask the questions and get involved

Remember, you own everything you are involved in!
