Good morning to all in the universe.

All good in CNY with the white stuff continuing
Stuck in the freezer for a bit longer
The intention of the day is "Ritz Carlton Care"
Ok, he has now gone off the deep end
Yes "RCC"
The intention is to bring the best, 6 diamond hotel service to the medical profession and treat our clients to the best care in the world
You may think this a silly idea but if you have not been to the RC you may not completely understand

This is the standard that I expect the CNY Fertility family to attain
We can switch the guest with patient or as I like to use CLIENT
We can bring this to our daily lives and make the most positive experience in healing and wellness care
